TO PAINT & PROTECT!

I’m not in the GTA. Do you service areas outside the GTA (Greater Toronto Area)?

Majority of our work is in Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington and Milton. But we also work outside the GTA and have taken on projects as far south as Niagara peninsula region, as far north as 30 000 Islands and Muskoka, as far east as Kingston and as far west as Sarnia.

I only have a bathroom I need painted. Isn’t it too small a job for you?

Not at all! We value every customer and their business. Only areas outside the GTA are subject to some restrictions. Contact us for more information. No job is too big or too small. Big or small, we do them all!

Do I have to provide the paint/supplies or will you?

It is at your discretion but we have the experience to provide you with the best paint for your budget. We use several different quality name brands such as BENJAMIN MOORE, DULUX and brand of our choice – SHERWIN WILLIAMS. Most colours you choose can be matched precisely. We can also make a cautious ecological choice for you and use paints with low or zero V.O.C. (Volatile Organic Compounds) content, which have much less impact on the environment than paints with higher content of V.O.C.

I’m in rush to get things done. Can your work schedule accommodate that? What if the premises to be painted are not available during the day (busy offices that cannot shut down for example)?

We’re really trying to think outside the box and while it is not physically possible at all times, we will always make an effort to accommodate your needs. We usually start 7-8 AM and will work until at least 5 PM but it is not unusual for us to work until 8 PM if need be. On occasions, we will work 15+ hours a day to get the job done and on time. We will even work night shifts if absolutely necessary if premises are not available to be worked in during the day.

What if I’m not satisfied?

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. We will do everything in our power to make sure you are absolutely 100% satisfied. Typically, depending on the size and type of the contract, we will take between 0% – 30% of the contract in the beginning as a deposit, leaving you with a collateral, if you will, between 70% – 100%. Depending on size and type of the contract, there may be several progress payments and usually, again, depending on size and type of the contract, there is between 10% – 25% left to be paid upon completing the job. That only happens after we have walked through the jobsite and everything is as you would expect. Only after that will we accept the full/final payment leaving you completely satisfied with our work!

I cannot really decide on the colour/colours I want to get. Can you help me with that?

While we have many people telling us exactly what colours they want, we do come across people who become overwhelmed and cannot decide on what colours they want or do not have any idea whatsoever. That’s when we come in. We will work with you to pick the perfect colour for you based on your personal preferences, favorite colours, existing colour schemes you have (furniture, carpets, art items, etc.), the amount of light present and also mood you want to create: calming, vibrant, refreshing, elegant, etc. We will try to combine some, if not all of those elements to pick out the perfect colour for its surroundings.

We will also take into consideration what your plans are. If you plan on staying in your home for years to come, we will pay attention exclusively to your specific taste and needs. If you plan on selling your home in a couple of years or maybe even months, we will show you what colours appeal to the masses, generally neutral beiges, browns and greys, along with some very popular off whites, to appeal to the broadest spectrum of potential home buyers.
